To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to compliment the excellent service provided to us by our real estate agent, Donald Drake. The process of buying a home without a doubt ranks among the most stressful transactions in one’s life. The anxiety increases exponentially for the first time buyers, as we were when we found Mr. Drake. To be honest, we entered into service with Mr. Drake, and every other real estate agent we approached with trepidation. Whereas the rest failed to impress us on a regular basis, Donald Drake provided refreshing professionalism, courtesy, and honesty at every turn.
A few examples help to illustrate Mr. Drake’s excellent service. My wife Maria noticed a home advertised by Mr. Drake’s firm. The place looked interesting, relatively cheap, in a decent area and a few other enticements which served to peak our interest. Later that same day we met with Mr. Drake and mentioned the place to him. He smiled, and very politely told us that we did not really want to bother. It is a very reassuring to know that your real estate agent is actually looking out for your best interests rather than simply hovering for the easy money. Additionally, he never once tried to pressure us. If we were not overly impressed with a house, he left it at that. We had expected a certain amount of prodding, but it never came. Finally, the home we did eventually purchase does not even reside in Mr. Drake’s prescribed area. He cared enough, however, to research far and wide in order to find us the best deal possible.
We often sit in our new home and smile to each other, knowing how lucky we were to become involved with such good people at such a stressful time in out lives. Donald Drake ranks at the top of the list. We could not have dreamt of a better real estate agent.
